We have just completed our office move and had the opportunity to work with James McDonnell and Tom Novack.

As is expected with any move, it is always a very stressful time as well as logistical and detail intensive. James' planning and taking into consideration every level of detail was spot on.  I am happy to say that he correctly projected that the move could be done within the short time frame. Other movers claimed it was impossible.

The move was as we had hoped it would be - on time, organized, thorough and efficient. Tom was just wonderful at supervising a very efficient and professional group of movers and ensuring that all items were packed and delivered safely without any damage.  We really appreciated his hands-on approached and availability to find solutions when needed. And he finished the entire move within the time frame projected!

We also appreciated the next day post-delivery visit by Tom and James to ensure that all items were in their rightful place.  You have a great team - we would work with this group again.

I want to thank you Bridget for coming to check up on me during moving day.  It was very thoughtful to take the time out of your appointments for the day.

I want you to know that the "CREW" that you sent to move me from Triangle to Woodbridge, VA was top notch and just plain wonderful.  Miriam arrived first and quickly packed up and showed me the charges before she left.

The men came in and introduced themselves to me and let me show them what they would be taking.  They were really understanding if I was picky about something and assured me they would do it and I believe they did.  They were hardworking carrying 2 or 3 boxes at a time depending on size and I never saw them take a break except for lunch.  They asked questions if not sure and very polite when they did.  If I asked them a question they respectfully answered.  In unpacking, after they placed furniture, if I asked to move it they did without any complaint.  Before they left, they asked if there was something else that I needed.

The gentleman that did the paperwork carefully explained to me what I was signing.  Since I was giving a check that was written to "CASH", he saw I was leery and gave an explanation and showed me where I could read about it.  I figured he was with the company long enough that I didn't have to worry about it.  One gentlemen cleaned a glass cover to my desk as it was hard to reach.  They switched my bedroom items till I was happy.

All in all, these men were just awesome for their time with my moving.  I would recommend this crew to anyone and I will do so with your Company as well.

I recently had my household good delivered (8 June 2011) to my new home in Maryland. I informed both TMO and Ace Van & Storage Company that my driveway would not accommodate the normal delivery truck (18 wheeler). I requested that smaller trucks be used because I had a long driveway that was all uphill. In addition, I had almost 17,000 lbs that I wanted to unpack.

Working for the government, I have been packed and unpacked over a dozen times and I have never had the pleasure of being unpacked by the kind of professionals that unpacked me on 8 June. Usually, sometime during this process, I end up frustrated and angry because the movers do not care and do not listen to what I would like done. This is just a job for them. This was not the case with these men. The men worked efficiently and effectively but more important as a ‘team.’ They followed my instructions and it was ‘service with a smile.’ Not once did they complain about what I asked them to do, or made excuses for why something could not or should not go upstairs. Mr. Michael What I noticed most about the team leader, other than his integrity, was that he treated my household goods and my home as if it was his. He ensured pads were placed on my wooden floors and also outside so as not to damage my furniture as they unpacked it. He made certain that nothing was ‘scooted’ or dragged across my wooden floors. These were the hardest working men I have ever encountered in all my moves, and on one of the hottest days ever! These men did an extraordinary job and took pride in their work. They are truly to be commended for their extraordinary efforts to ensure the customer was happy. I was very impressed and happy.
